How can eShare apply to me?

For small pension schemes, the arguments for eShare are much more compelling than for large schemes.

Large schemes often have the resources to manually manage all aspects of good governance.  Small schemes simply do not have this luxury.

eShare is a tool that helps schemes raise their standards of governance but most importantly at the same time reduces the departmental workload.

We have worked with our clients and Microsoft to develop Governance Software to help schemes adhere to the Codes of Practice, improve their standards of governance and enhance their management processes.

We understand that smaller schemes do not necessarily have the same resources as the larger schemes do, however, this does not mean they do not need access to effective tools.

In an industry survey 91% of respondents felt new regulation had added to the pressure already felt by schemes and 83% of respondents felt more could be done to help smaller schemes cope in the changing regulatory environment.
