eShare will be providing three of their key modules to raise standards of governance

eShare will enhance their current governance processes with the following modules:

• eKnowledge will provide a central searchable knowledge base of scheme information for each board of trustees.
  
• eMeetings will help streamline the secretariat function and ensure meeting information is more transparent.  It will also reduce the paper burden on Trustees.
  
• eControls will manage risk on an ongoing basis ensuring all activities are performed, audit trails are shared and risk registers are produced automatically.
  

Commenting on the new appointment, eShare Managing Director Alister Esam said:

The signing of new client Nestlé follows an eventful week for eShare who won “Pension Software Provider of the Year” at the Professional Pensions awards on Tuesday night.
