Typically it is the larger funds with largest resources who can implement new tools to help with their scheme management. Smaller schemes can miss out purely because of their size.
At eShare, we believe all schemes should have access to the best tools to help them perform their role. We work with our clients to develop new functionality so our solution is tailored to the specific needs of the schemes whilst adhering to the regulation and guidance set by The Regulator.
We have restructured our pricing to enable users to pay as they go each month on our Secretariat and Bronze packages, so if you don't want to be tied into a contract you don't have to be.

| Smaller Schemes face the Biggest Burden |
|
Following the publication of the latest trustee survey produced courtesy of Pensions Week, the findings concluded that the majority of UK pension funds believe that smaller schemes (under £200m) have faced the biggest challenge and have been most affected with the new industry regulation.
The 'Pensions Week Trusty 30' Survey found:
· 91% of funds felt new regulations had increased the burden on smaller schemes
· 83% felt more could be done to offer support directly to these schemes.
Several managers who took part in the survey said that although smaller funds felt the legislative impact more, no scheme should be immune from the drive to improve governance standards within the industry and to improve member protection.
There are several tools available to trustees of all schemes to aid them in their compliance. The survey commended in particular The Regulators Trustee Toolkit which was completed last month.
