Traditionally eShare users have been issued with a unique username and password which cannot be changed.

Due to client demand we have developed a password change module.

As well as allowing password changes, if a user forgets their password they can reset it online themselves.

This development will be installed for all clients at no cost.

Next month we are launching the eShare User Group.

The User Group will bring our clients together to share developemnts and ideas. We aim to develop new eShare functionality tailored to our clients specific requirements.

The first eShare User Group will take place on the 9th February in Newbury (location TBC).

Following discussions at December's eShare Governance Forum, a group has been formed to look at the eControls module of eShare.

eControls was launched a month before The Regulators code of practice on Internal Controls. The module is designed to help schemes to comply with the new legislation.

During the Forum, 3 schemes decided to come together and see how they can bring governance and internal controls together through eShare. The group will feedback to the User Group in February
