In this issue we will be looking at our User Group, current developments within our risk management module of eShare, potential system upgrades for our clients and the launch of our new improved eShare website.....

Upgrades
eShare has recently undertaken product restructuring to create 4 distinctive software packages.
What does this mean for our current clients?
With the newly packaged system, it means that most schemes will be entitled to new eShare functionality for free and you will be given the option to upgrade to take advantage of the new developments.

User Group
The User Group due to take place on the 16th May was postponed and since then we have been attempting to find a second date which suits everyone. Unfortunately it would seem that with the summer holidays about to start everyone's workload has increased and as a result it is looking unlikely that we can arrange anything before the autumn.
If you would like to discuss progress with eShare and all the latest developments than we will happily come and visit you.

eControls V2.0
As you will be aware several of our clients have been working with us to develop our eControls module.
The results can now be seen; eShare has a full risk management module in place which manages the whole laborious process start to finish.
eControls V2.0 is dedicated to risk management. It allows for risks to be created, approved or rejected by a risk officer and eShare then manages the rest. Features are:
- Risks can be alloctaed to committess or individuals.
- Review dates are set and eShare ensures reviews are carried out.
- An audit trail is maintained for each review which can be as detailed as you wish - full flexibility is given to what goes into a review.
- Risks are monitored until they are closed
- Risk can be viewed in committee areas, on the risk register, by category or in other ways
- Actions can be assigned to risks and will appear in the risk site. Of course eShare will look after these for you.

Our website has just undergone a transformation. Our new website has been created using eView. eView is our member website offering which provides members with a window on eShare.
eView allows non-technical people to totally control the content of the website and also uses workflow to manage changes.
eView even maintains an audit trail to the website content for you.
eView is based around Microsoft's 2007 content management technology.
The change was made firstly to make it easier for our marketing team to update the websites and secondly to show what can be done using the technology to visitors viewing the site.
Visitors can expect similar content to our previous site with the latest news from eShare, information on our governance system, case studies, and, coming soon, our new online demonstrations.
