eShare is the UK's leading provider of governance software and dedicated to improving standards of governance throughout the industry.

Since The Pensions Regulator was established under the Pensions Act (2004) change has become a vital part within every pension scheme.  Greater regulation has forced schemes to evaluate all their processes and procedures.  Greater emphasis was placed upon the role of the trustees adding to their burden.

At eShare Pensions, we had anticipated the industry developments and listened closely to the changes which were occurring.  It seemed too much to expect schemes to comply with the new guidance without providing them with the necessary tools to do so.

So in 2004, eShare Pensions combined their knowledge of the pensions industry with their software expertise to create a system which provided schemes with the necessary tools to change their scheme.

Since then eShare Pensions has grown rapidly and our software has been the first globally to be awarded the Microsoft "Software as a Service" competency.  In addition, our client base has expanded significantly.  Being the UK's leading provider is something we pride ourselves on, and to retain this lead it is important to stay up to date with industry developments, form close relationships with regulatory bodies and listen to the needs of our clients.
