“Pension schemes want guidance from The Regulator on these type of issues.” said Alister Esam, Chair of eShare Governance Forum. “At present such issues result in lengthy and costly internal debates and often leave the risk unaddressed. If the Regulator can simply provide some guidance then schemes would have the remit to implement a solution and the security that they are acting appropriately.”
