World Land Trust

The World Land Trust is a charitable organisation which work to conserve the environment across the world.  They take direct action to save the rainforest and ensure that by purchasing the land that it is protected indefinately. 

Since being founded in 1989, the World Land Trust has helped to purchase and protect over 350,000 acres of threatened wildlife habitats.

Patron David Attenborough said:

"When John Burton (WLT Chief Executive) contacted me in 1989 to ask whether I would support a brand new rainforest initiative in Belize I was pleased to give it my backing. Since then I have watched as the WLT has gone on to purchase and protect critically endangered tracts of land to protect it acre by acre for the future."

At eShare Pensions we understand that we have a duty to protect the environment and preserve it for future generations.  We therefore participate in 'green' initiatives which support the environment.

This year, rather than printing cards to send to our Clients and prospects, we have decided instead to send an electronic greeting and donate the money we would otherwise have spent to the World Land Trust and saved 5 acres of rainforest.
